- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all purchases and deliveries
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or appears intoxicated

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Local Delivery
- Available within Prince George city limits
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 4:00 PM
- Delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week
- Minimum order: $75
- Delivery fee: $15 (free for orders over $100)
- Valid ID required upon delivery
- No delivery to public places, schools, or parks
Pick-up Orders
- Available during store hours
- Orders ready within 1 hour of placement
- Orders held for 48 hours before cancellation
- Valid ID required for pickup
Refund and Return Policy
Accepted Returns
- Unopened products within 7 days of purchase with receipt
- Defective products (manufacturing defects only)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products
- Consumable goods
- Vaporizers or accessories that have been used
- Products damaged by customer
Refund Process
- Original receipt required for all returns
- Refunds issued in original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery
- Partial refund for cancelled orders
- Cancellations must be requested through customer service
- Once order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible
Delivery Cancellation
- Minimum 2 hours notice required to cancel delivery
- Delivery fee non-refundable if cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled time
- Three missed deliveries may result in delivery privilege suspension
